Redstone Homeowners' Association News

Dear Redstone Homeowner,

Please find below the updated budget information for the 2025–2026 Fiscal Year for the Redstone Homeowners’ Association (RSHOA).

Annual Fees

The RSHOA fees for 2025–2026 will remain at $126.00 ($120.00 base fee + GST).

Due Date: May 31, 2025

Please note that interest charges will begin accruing on any unpaid balances as of June 1, 2025, at a rate of 18% per annum, calculated and compounded monthly.

Payment Options
We offer 3 convenient and secure payment methods:

Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD): Complete the attached PAD form and include a void cheque for automatic withdrawal. If you enrolled in Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) last year, your payment will be automatically withdrawn on June 1, 2025.

Online Payment- Café Portal: Continue using the portal to make payments online. Enrollment and payment instructions are provided within the attachment.

Cheque or Bank Draft: Payable to Redstone Homeowners’ Association – Mail or drop off to: Equium Group Suite 850, 639 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0M9

E-transfers will not be accepted this year

What Does Your HOA Fee Support?

As a member of the RSHOA, your contributions go toward:

Maintenance of shared community spaces
Winter pathway clearing (3.5+ km not maintained by the City)
Summer garbage collection along pathways
Beautification initiatives (flowers, garden beds, etc.)
Reserve fund contributions for future repairs to HOA-maintained features (e.g., brick walls, benches, entry signs)
