The Redstone Homeowners’ Association was established to protect the value of the community amenities and to ensure a high degree of maintenance of these amenities. Registered under the Societies Act of Alberta, the Redstone Homeowners’ Association (RSHOA) provides meaningful input and guidance for future care, maintenance and development of your new community. This may include area beautification projects, superior levels of care and organized events.
Association Benefits
RSHOA amenities include children’s playgrounds, fitness parks, walking paths, plaza areas with benches, rock feature walls, decorative fencing, entry features and boulevard/median landscape maintenance. An annual newsletter is provided to inform residents of events in the area and to enhance the sense of community and encourage neighbourly relations.

Redstone Homeowners' Association News
Dear Redstone Homeowner,
As a homeowner in the Community of Redstone, you are automatically a member of the Redstone Homeowners’ Association (RSHOA).
In accordance with the registered encumbrance on all Redstone land titles, each household is required to contribute annual HOA fees.
Your contributions support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the community, including:
• Maintenance of shared community spaces
• Winter pathway clearing throughout the community
• Summer litter and garbage collection along pathways
• Beautification initiatives including flowers, landscaping, and garden beds
• Reserve fund contributions for future repairs and replacement of HOA-maintained assets such as entry features, brick walls, benches, and signage
The Redstone Homeowners’ Association fiscal year runs from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
Annual Fees
The RSHOA fee for the 2026–2027 fiscal year will remain unchanged at $126.00 total ($120.00 base fee plus GST).
Payment Deadline: June 30, 2026
Please note that interest charges will begin accruing on overdue accounts after June 30, 2026, at a rate of 18% per annum, calculated and compounded monthly.
Payment Options
There are 3 convenient payment methods:
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD): Owners currently enrolled in PAD will have their payment automatically withdrawn. New enrollments may submit a completed PAD form along with a void cheque.
Online Payment – Café Portal: Owners may continue to make payments securely online through the resident portal.
Cheque or Bank Draft: Payable to: Redstone Homeowners’ Association
